Texas Reds Festival is a steak and grape festival held in historic downtown Bryan managed by the Downtown Bryan Association.  It is a free public event that has something for all ages including grill-outs, wine & craft beer tastings, musical performances, vendor booths, and a Kid’s Zone. Since taking over the management of the festival in 2014, the Downtown Bryan Association has given back almost $25,000 to local non-profit and civic organizations and awarded scholarships to Bryan ISD graduates.

Advent GX partnered with the City of Bryan and the Downtown Bryan Association to assess satisfaction with and economic impact of the Texas Reds Festival. The goal of the assessment was to capture input from festival participants and downtown business owners in order to improve the overall economic impact of the event through greater participant satisfaction. Advent GX designed the survey instrument and managed the intercept survey process, engaging community volunteers and interns. Advent GX then analyzed the results and presented findings and recommendations to the Downtown Bryan Association and Bryan City Council.
